Job DescriptionAn opportunity has come up for a new business administrator apprentice to come into an established business to provide a 360 customer service role If you treat your colleagues as customers and energise by keeping things organised and efficient this is the role for you!
The Role includes a full range of duties within office facilities including:
• General Filing • Scanning and copying • Data Entry • Calling clients with updates • Chasing cases (involves calling solicitors) • Assisting the Office Manager • Marketing Campaigns • Business level monitoring
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsA minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
Desired SkillsSelf-motivated, energetic and ready to learn. Excellent telephone manner • Competent on Microsoft packages • Ability to discuss things in a customer friendly way
