Working from their office at South Rings in Bamber Bridge you will provide an effective administration business support service.

The post holder is responsible, as part of the Property Maintenance Department team, for providing a support functions. This includes processing, inputting and completions on items associated with this function as well as using systems such as Northgate, Impact Response, Share point, Outlook etc.

Key Accountabilities include: –

Process, Complete, vary and amend repair orders within the scheduling system.
Scan documentation on to the system such as NICEIC, and LGSR certificate.
To keep relevant data bases and systems up to date and accurate in a timely manner.
Assist where required in actioning requests coming in to the admin inboxes.
Assisting with raising Client / Contractor Invoices and purchase orders.
Liaise with customers regarding appointments and repairs visits.
Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
General administrative duties to include; diary management, booking of travel arrangements, collate reports, print documentation and circulate required information.
Meeting organisation; ensure that rooms, refreshments and equipment are booked and to provide administrative support as required.
Taking minutes for senior management meetings, typing up notes and distribution of transcripts/documentation.
Administration support to the wider department including senior management, central admin and external client’s team. 
Adhoc admin duties as required

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
