  • Act as first point of contact for global helpdesk agents and customers and responsible for following up their request from the beginning until it’s solved.
  • Use SEREMA to email management and create service request within the system
  • Base data management and may follow up to ensure the customer’s requests are taken care of
  • Responsible for maintaining guidelines and processes as defined
  • Provide input to improve the performance of Helpdesk system – statistics and reports
  • Assist in transition of moving Global Help Desk from an external provider in US to managing locally from Elstead

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Throughout the duration of your Apprenticeship you will be required to attend the 3aaa Technology Academy in Guildford for up to 12 weeks on a block release basis for structured training. The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace with your Employer. You will work towards a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship for IT, Software, Web and Telecoms Professionals. The qualifications consist of:
• Edexcel Advanced Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecoms
• L3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
• L3 Extended Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable)
