Numbermill are looking for three customer service apprentices to work alongside their busy accountancy and payroll departments. This position us for someone who is passionate about administration and client communication and working in a fast paced environment

 Providing administrative support to Directors and other members of the team
 Reception duties, including responding to enquiries, answering the mainline; diverting or filtering calls as required and receiving deliveries
 Liaising with clients and management to ensure smooth operation of back office processes
 Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing post daily following necessary processes
 Updating client and other spreadsheets daily
 Liaising with clients and suppliers via email and phone
 Maintaining archive records
 Processing new clients
 Replenishing supplies
 Using office equipment i.e. copiers and letter franking machine
 Organising events
 Maintaining databases
 Other administrative tasks as required

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
