This is a local business that holds multiple large national and local contracts and are growing rapidly so need to expand their team to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained. This is a varied and interesting role and your core duties will include;
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer on the telephone
  • Dealing with customer and supplier enquiries
  • Order processing and data entry
  • Responding to email
  • Interacting with the Directors
  • Using MS Office applications
  • Undertaking other clerical duties as appropriate to the role

Skills Required:

  • Hold GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong keyboard skills
  • Good verbal, written, numeric and customer service skills
  • The ability to cope under pressure in a busy environment
  • Reliable, good time keeper, keen, well-presented and willing to learn new skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and be willing to go the extra mile

Qualifications

Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents) although this is not essential
