  • Process customer orders for the sales team on our system.
  • Log customer evaluations, send customer reminders when items are due back and ensure that the sales team are on top of their open evals.
  • Produce price lists and send them to customers periodically.
  • Manage customer returns – this involves logging information, liaising with suppliers and internal team members and coordinating the logistics process whilst ensuring that SLAs are met.
  • Manage inventory – ensuring aged stock is moved on quickly by producing reports.
  • Keep CRM tidy – manage data and ensure that lists are accurate and processes are working properly
  • Log inbound customer service and support queries and relay to the correct person/department
  • Answer inbound sales enquiries
  • Keep my diary up to date
  • Follow up with customers when sales people are unavailable
  • Keep website up-to-date
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Sell products on eBay and Amazon
  • Assist with packing goods, and coordinating collection and delivery with couriers (we probably average one package a day from this office)
  • Reset and restore returned evaluation devices
  • Create knowledgebase articles for our support portals
  • Improve effectiveness of internal systems (all Microsoft-based)


Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm an hours lunch


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

Desired Skills

  1. Hard working by nature. Not all the tasks are glamorous, but there is scope for quick progression with the right attitude.
  2. Has their own initiative. You will be given all the training that you need, but you should be able to demonstrate the capacity to pick things up and think on your feet.
  3. Reasonably IT-savvy – you don’t need to be a wizard, you just need to have the capacity and interest to learn our internal systems and also some basic principles of the products we sell.
