• Customer service role in an artisan business – involves face to face selling at retail and trade events. Phone and email communications with retail and wholesale customers following the order process from order, delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Packaging and fulfilling orders
• Admin and social media work
• Experiencing and learning about the chocolate industry

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility required to attend events)

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
