Excellent opportunity working for an established consultancy company who provide high quality, and cost effective tailor made solutions to a wide range of clients, nationally.

·         To welcome visitors to Ensafe in a friendly and professional manner ensuring that their first impression of the company is a positive one

·         To answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner ensuring that the caller is directed to the most appropriate person in an efficient manner

·         To support the Managing Director in day to day administrative duties as and when required

·         To support all events / meetings that are held at the Ensafe Offices ensuring that the relevant room is booked and fully catered prior to, during and following its completion

·         To work with colleagues to book accommodation and transport for our site based team members

·         To transfer training assessments from paper based copies onto the electronic database

·         To maintain all training records for all Ensafe employees

·         To provide full administrative support for all internal and external training delivered by Ensafe



·         To support and contribute to the friendly and supportive ethos of the department / company

·         To maintain the highest professional standards

·         To participate on appraisal and staff development

·         To treat colleagues with dignity and respect

·         To demonstrate an understanding of the significance of equality of opportunity and diversity, and implement it in all aspects of your work

·         To ensure a healthy and safe environment at all times, and take reasonable care for your own safety and that of other Ensafe staff

·         To comply with all approved Ensafe policies and procedures

Working Week

08:45 – 17:30 (45 minute lunch)


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
