A fantastic opportunity has opened at a fast-growing company based in Harrogate. You will assist with the general running of the office and will deal with duties ranging from filing to client / customer contact.

Prospect Health are looking for a motivated and ambitious Apprentice to join the large and varied team and support the office in a customer service role. You will be provided with the chance to “earn and learn” within a well-established and fast-paced recruitment office environment.
Duties will include:
• Data Entry onto Microsoft Office / database packages (Word & Excel)
• Telephone work – liaising with candidates and businesses
• Incoming and outgoing calls
• Responsible for meeting deadlines and responding to applicants in a timely manner
• Reviewing, organising and sending CV’s
• Manage advert reposting on job boards to ensure live vacancies are always detailed on relevant sources
• Upkeep of sales and pipeline database
• Marketing support
• Any other ad-hoc duties as requested

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
