You will gain invaluable insights into how employer organisations work and learn how to produce business documents and much more. You will also discover how to build and develop customer relationships and to deliver


  • Dealing with customers face to face, over the phone and via email
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every need of the customer can be met
  • Other admin duties that are related to the role


Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

Desired Skills

• Proficient IT skills
• The ability to be a good communicator, with a clear and professional telephone manner
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a flexible approach to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
