Are you interested in a Customer Service role? Want a career as a Customer Service apprentice? Look no further we are looking to recruit a Customer Service apprentice, Interested? We are a company based in Birmingham city centre and we are looking to recruit someone to focus on our customer enquiries and administration duties.

• Take calls from customers
• Take notes about the customer damages and arrange collections and replacements
• Take notes about customers missing orders and get them tracking information
• Give customers product information when requested
• Take calls from suppliers and deal with their requests
• Take calls from logistics companies about any issues that may have arisen
• Log returned products into stock
• Updating spreadsheets and databases
• Communicating with other members of the team

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents).
