This is an amazing opportunity to work for a well-established platform gaming company based in Lenton Nottingham you will maintain and im-prove Warlord Games relationships with its customers providing out-standing levels of Service and to also provide the organisation with feed-back and information aimed at improving products and services.

Responsible for:
• Answer messages from customers received on Helpdesk, personal e-mail inbox and social media
• Answer calls from customers and either resolve the enquiry or for-ward the call to the relevant person within the organisation
• Receiving orders and payments from customers via telephone or messages
• Devise and apply solutions to Customer’s complaints or special re-quests
• Create orders for customers using the web store and stock man-agement systems
• Gather and input information in the system in regards of Customer Service issues
• Liaising with Production and Despatch colleagues, prepare and des-patch orders to customers when necessary and/or outside the scheduled processes
• Promptly communicate relevant colleagues of potential product or service issues
• Support the HQ store staff when required, providing assistance to visitors, processing sales and procuring products

Accountable for:
• Achievement of daily and weekly personal target of answered helpdesk messages
• Answering telephone calls
• Achievement of messages response time set standards
• Achieving Customer satisfaction and meeting Customer expectations

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents).
