Job Description

Main responsibilities

  • Respond to customer feedback and questions via social media (the candidate will need to develop a detailed knowledge of our product to be able to effectively communicate with customers)
  • Develop brand presence on 3rd party websites and blogs to raise brand profile.
  • Undertake social media audit and benchmark against competitors, identifying key learnings and best practise (content type, channels, post timings, integration etc.)
  • Help produce content to be posted on social media as part of a rolling 12 month social media calendar
  • Create monthly social media reports highlighting performance of the company and competitors brands against KPIs.
  • Keep up to date with latest social media marketing effectiveness and apply learnings.
  • Monitor brand mentions on 3rd party sites and ensure appropriate responses are provided as required.
  • Build partnerships with targeted 3rd party social media sites to raise brand profile and extend reach
  • You will deal directly with customers by telephone, social media, email and face-to-face, handling any queries and feedback.
  • To carry out ad-hoc and regular activity such as projects, reports, and audit
  • Assist in testing functionality of the website when new features are released
  • Assist in the loading of content onto the website and eShots
  • Help organise video and photoshoots

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

Desired Skills

• Good social media skills
• Good IT skills required - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good spelling

Personal Qualities

• Self-motivated with good communication skills and high attention to detail
• Willingness to travel to our park locations from time to time

Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend the 3aaa Digital Marketing Academy based in Watford for an intensive 3 day block study. This is followed by attendance at the Academy on day release once a month thereafter for structured training, and the remainder of the training will be completed in the workplace. The Apprentice will work towards an Advanced Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing. The Apprenticeship consists of:
• Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing
• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable)
