Passionate about social media? Can post engaging content? Want to learn to develop a website on an exciting new Smoothie Vending Machine concept.
Just Froot are an exciting new company that produces the world’s first real smoothie vending machine. As a digital marketing apprentice, you will be responsible for managing the company’s social media platforms to engage with new customers about this exciting concept.

The apprenticeship will include

  1. Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  2. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  3. Overseeing the social media strategy for the company
  4. Excellent video editing skills to create social media content and adverts for playback on machines.
  5. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
  6. Provide Customer research, market condition and competitor analysis data.
  7. Manage polls and ensure that only the best ingredients combinations are stocked in machines.
  8. Ensure maximum social media engagement in polling smoothie ideas.
  9. Develop strategies to engage with target audiences on social media about the location of machines.
  10. Research and design social media, SEO and PPC campaign strategies to raise the brand’s online profile.
  11. Excellent script/article writing skills to engage with customers on the health and financial benefits of business product offering.
  12. Support with ad-hoc sales activity.
  13. Create engaging PowerPoint slides to support roadshow events.
  14. Research and manage PPC campaigns and budgets to ensure maximum conversion.
  15. Proactively engage prospects online to convert into leads, and sales.
  16. Proactive identification and engagement with high footfall locations to secure agreements.
  17. Previous experience in a smoothie bar is highly desirable
  18. Interest or Experience using Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects desirable.




Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Combined with knowledge and skills gained in the workplace, the Level 3 Digital Marketer will provide an understanding into the fundamentals of marketing, digital business principles and the principles of coding. Training will be provided via outstanding classroom training, dedicated workplace mentor ship and on-the job experience to build the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours to begin your career as a Digital Marketer.

The apprenticeship includes:
• BCS Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing
o BCS Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Coding
o BCS Level 3 Certificate in Marketing Principles
• Google Analytics Individual Qualification

Training and Assessment
• Throughout the first 12 months you will be required to attend your local 3aaa academy in Manchester for around 20 days (plus exam days).
• You will attend a four day synoptic assessment at the end of your course (approx. month 14)
• Your dedicated mentor will visit you in the workplace approximately every 8 weeks
• Online support for modules will be provided for you to complete outside of work

The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace.
