We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our eCommerce team to work on e-commerce fulfilment, website content delivery and graphic design/digital marketing projects. This is an ideal first step opportunity for musically oriented individual pursuing a career in e-commerce and or digital marketing. This role would suit a school leaver ha

• Helping produce content for our various websites e.g. creating online listings, accurate product descriptions, using ecommerce system, writing original copy that is SEO friendly, selecting appropriate photographs and publishing digital content
• Maintaining and improving our multiple sales channels including Ebay and Am-azon
• Maintaining the consistency of the company brand across all digital channels (social media platforms, websites, marketing materials and email)
• Taking responsibility for your own product area; liaising with suppliers to re-stock in a timely manner and keep sales flowing
• Being involved in the full life cycle of a product area from supply to sale and an-alyzing figures
• Using Google analytics as a tool to measure traffic to website and report on findings
• Using digital tools such as Jungle Scout and Terapeak to analyse online sales
• Using different CMS such as Visualsoft and WordPress to publish online content
• Monitoring social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest) and scheduling through Hootsuite and Sprout Social
• Using Mailchimp for email marketing campaigns to customers
• Creating content for blogs
• Assisting with Marketing campaigns and events for the stores
• Graphic design duties for digital or print
• Increasing followers, customer base and brand awareness across digital chan-nels through uploading engaging content
• Dispatching online orders; picking items, packing, dispatching and updating ecommerce system
• Receiving goods in; checking quantities, adding to stock system and storing in an organized manner
• Helping to manage and update the database
• Help with day to day operations including administrative/customer service du-ties Assisting the production and edit of photographs and videos

Working Week

Working hours 30-35 hours a week Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday working


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents).

Combined with knowledge and skills gained in the workplace, the Level 3 Digital Marketer will provide an understanding into the fundamentals of marketing, digital business principles and the principles of coding. Training will be provided via outstanding classroom training, dedicated workplace mentorship and on-the job experience to build the necessary skills, knowledge and behaviours to begin your career as a Digital Marketer.

The apprenticeship includes:
• BCS Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing
o BCS Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Coding
o BCS Level 3 Certificate in Marketing Principles
• Google Analytics Individual Qualification

Training and Assessment
• Throughout the first 12 months you will be required to attend your local 3aaa academy for around 20 days (plus exam days).
• You will attend a four-day synoptic assessment at the end of your course
• Your dedicated mentor will visit you in the workplace approximately every 8 weeks
• Online support for modules will be provided for you to complete outside of work

The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace.
