Job DescriptionAre you interested in working within the property management sector? We have a great positioned opened up within our estate services department, you will be Responsible for providing an ongoing and efficient customer focussed support service to Estate Managers and clients.
In conjunction with the Team generally develop and enhance service levels across the portfolio. ▪ Ensure that general correspondence is responded to within 48 hours, and detailed correspondence within 5 workings days (provided an acknowledgement is sent), referring to Team Leader as and when required. ▪ Ensure that phones calls are returned within same day or the following day of business ▪ Whenever other Team members are not available to do so, and/or as and when instructed, ensure that other phones within the Team are answered in order to provide continuance of service. ▪ Deal with instructions and issues that arise on the administration of the portfolio. ▪ Visit client properties with Estate Managers as and when reasonably required to do so. ▪ Ensure the continuing accuracy and maintenance of client and company records. ▪ Be fully conversant with Trinity Estates Health and Safety at Work Act policy, following best practice as set out in the aforesaid policy. ▪ Ensure only approved contractors are instructed. ▪ Regularly monitor service delivery of contractors. ▪ Ensure that no orders are placed with contractors for expenditure outside statutory or other pre-defined client limits, unless consultation procedures have been followed through. ▪ Forward in a timely manner and to the appropriate organisation, any insurance claims as they may arise.

QualificationsA minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
