First Line IT Support Apprentice required for this IT Technical Support organisation that work with businesses across the Hertfordshire and North London area providing remote assistance to networking, desktop and software issues.
The role will be providing telephone based support to technical issues involving Microsoft’s applications, as well as virtual technologies built on Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware.
This is the company’s second time in recruiting an apprentice as the previous one has now become a full time employee of the company.
Telephone based IT Support to resolve technical issues related to IT Software, Hardware and Networking
Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
Document all support issues on the company CRM system
Working WeekMonday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsA minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

Future ProspectsPossible advancement to Level 4 and excellent prospects for full time employment.
The qualification will consist of:
• Edexcel Advanced Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecoms.
• L3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence.
• L3 Extended Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles.
• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable).
On completion of your apprenticeship, you will be awarded a City and Guilds L3 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT and Telecoms Professionals and a L3 Extended Diploma in ICT (Systems & Principles).
