We have a great opportunity for a Fraud Prevention Apprentice to join our Revenues and Benefits team where you will have the opportunity to undertake training towards the Business Administration Level 2 Apprenticeship, whilst learning and using practical skills in Business Administration and Counter-fraud.
Within the role, you will provide support to the Fraud Team Leader and the team in all matters relating to administration and Counter-fraud. This will include completing tasks such as; investigation case preparation, updating computerised records and databases, filing, indexing, photocopying and archiving documents. You will also be dealing with customers (both internal and external) taking messages, providing routine information and referring more complicated issues to others.
We will look to you to provide an efficient and professional support for internal and external customers of all levels over the telephone and electronically, ensuring that customers are kept up to date with actions taken.
The ideal applicant for the role will have the ability to use applications such as internet, email and Windows applications. You will develop the ability to produce written communications which are readily understood, demonstrating good communication and numeracy skills. You must be educated to a functional level in Maths and English and show a willingness to work towards NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration.
This role will give you the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a professional and practical manner.
Working Week37 hours a week, which equates to 9-5 Monday to Friday, although we will try to be flexible about working patterns.

QualificationsA minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents).
