An exciting opportunity to work within a well-established company has now opened up for a tenacious and hardworking individual. 8-digital is now looking to recruit an apprentice to join their already thriving team.

The job role includes:
• Working with clients and the digital marketing and web development teams to help create, plan and implement website strategies and web de-sign/development campaigns
• To assist in prospecting, profiling, and coordinating email campaigns
• Working across a diverse range of clients from the company portfolio on a daily basis
• Auditing, testing and proof reading of websites
• All aspects of front end web development
• Distributing of website content and blog posts
• Supporting the digital marketing team to help implement campaigns

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS – TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED ON ALL ASPECTS
• Coordinate with team members and clients (sometimes via telephone) to achieve client goals and objectives
• Analyse potential websites and ad campaigns and be able to articulate and de-fend movement in metrics to clients and prospects
• Help create presentations and reports
• Web Analytics and digital marketing tools
• Technical knowledge, including being able to identify potential website issues
• Detailed understanding and working knowledge of the Internet, online advertis-ing, search engine marketing and social media marketing
• Web Design, HTML and knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress and Magento

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents).

Training

Throughout the duration of your Apprenticeship (typically 15 months) you will be required to attend the 3aaa Technology Academy for 30 days of training across five months featuring structured training. The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace with your Employer. You will work towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship standard – Infrastructure Technician. The qualifications consist of:
• Level 2 Functional Skills English and Maths (if applicable)
• Knowledge Module 1 - Networking and Architecture
• Knowledge Module 2 - Mobile and Operating Systems
• Knowledge Module 3 - Cloud Services
• Knowledge Module 4 - Coding and Logic
• Knowledge Module 5 - Business Processes
• One vendor certification selected based on your job role and individual capabilities (Typically a Microsoft Technical Associate (MTA) certification)
Knowledge Modules are specified by the British Computer Society (BCS)
