Job DescriptionBeing part of an IT applications team and will be responsible for acting as a main point of contact for all customers. You will also be managing and resolving incidents within the agreed SLA’s. You will act like an interface for change requests on all business applications, establishing exact requirements and providing business applications support
This role is a brilliant opportunity to enter the world of IT in a well-established company, Hardware Group. They are looking for an apprentice to assist and manage the application process in their business, with challenging tasks from managing incoming business applications to communicating with partners and customers.
You will be able to gain a wide range of IT related skills and a great qualification while you earn a wage. Hardware Group are looking for someone passionate about IT, ready to take on a challenge and highly motivated.
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

QualificationsIdeally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ideally IT (or equivalents)
