Job Description

Our client are looking for a vibrant candidate to play and important role within their company and take potentially take the lead of their Website maintenance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for creating and designing.

The Role is for a Tech Apprentice includes elements mainly of IT with some of Social Media.

The Role is for a small local Accountants wanting Website Building and updating, Maintenance of IT Equipment and Networking.

Duties include:

  • Building and Updating Websites
  • Updating Social Media Pages
  • Designing Leaflets
  • Designing Flyers
  • Updating Hardware
  • Updating some Software
  • Maintaining all Networking

Also office tasks such as answering calls emails etc. General Office work.

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm 37.5hrs pw


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

Desired Skills

Knowledge on building Websites and languages such as PHP, HTML and JavaScript. But not a must to know all. Some knowledge of Hardware, Software and any knowledge on networking.

Personal Qualities

Have Creative elements as will be designing flyers and Leaflets along with advertising

Throughout the duration of your Apprenticeship you will be required to attend the 3aaa Accountancy Academy in Birmingham on a day release basis, the remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace.

You will work to achieve the highly recognised AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification and receive MAAT (Member of Association of Accounting Technicians) status.

You will be learning about all aspects of Accounting and learning new skills related to how businesses work. On the Apprenticeship there will be a good mixture of hands-on practical work and written work.
