Apple iPhone and tablet screens largely dominate repair types though other repairs include charging ports, small part replacements, liquid damaged handsets, and software, from all mobile phone manufacturers.

We use a customised information system to log repairs and for tight stock control. The information system is also integrated with our website. New mobile phone and tablet models are continuously being introduced to the market and it will be your role to ensure we stay up to date/ahead of the game with our repair data. You will be using the internet for research and adding data into our system such as new models, photographs, new parts and price information. You may be required to assist with stock control by analysing our parts usage. You will be using the system to quote customers by email and log the arrival of parts into the system. Other administration duties may crossover with website marketing such as updating news sections, publishing reviews, and using social media for advertising purposes. You will also be looking at task procedures and updating instructions.
