A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one lucky individual to join this reputable business, that has various locations across the globe, as an IT Support Apprentice.

 

The tasks and responsibilities of the apprentice are listed below:

–       Providing 1st class Remote IT Support

–       Upgrading of systems

–       Provide support to users and customer to a high service level

–       To work diligently

 

There may be additionally duties as to the ones that are listed above.

 

The successful applicant will need to be able to think outside of the box. They also need to be confident and willing to learn.

It would be beneficial for the apprentice to be able to speak basic French at GCSE level or better.

Training

Throughout the duration of your Apprenticeship you will be required to attend the 3aaa Technology Academy in Cambridge for up to 12 weeks on a block release basis for structured training. The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace with your Employer. You will work towards a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship for IT, Software, Web and Telecoms Professionals. The qualifications consist of:
• Edexcel Advanced Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecoms
• L3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
• L3 Extended Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable)
