A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one lucky individual to join this reputable business, that has various locations across the globe, as an IT Support Apprentice.
The tasks and responsibilities of the apprentice are listed below:
– Providing 1st class Remote IT Support
– Upgrading of systems
– Provide support to users and customer to a high service level
– To work diligently
There may be additionally duties as to the ones that are listed above.
The successful applicant will need to be able to think outside of the box. They also need to be confident and willing to learn.
It would be beneficial for the apprentice to be able to speak basic French at GCSE level or better.

Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsA minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
Desired SkillsPreviously knowledge of networking would be beneficial also

Willing to learn
Future ProspectsThere is the potential to gain a permanent position within the business and upon successful completion of the apprenticeship there is the chance to progress from the Level 3 to Level 4
• Edexcel Advanced Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecoms
• L3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
• L3 Extended Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable)
