Job Description

Your duties will include;

  • Source and manage supplier’s IT requirements
  • Manage internal hardware/software licensing
  • IT support to internal users
  • Management of internal IT infrastructure
  • CRM Administration and customization
  • Company Website Administration
  • Server Builds
  • Maintain Telephone System
  • Answering the phone and deal with calls
  • Dealing with Customer Support Cases
  • Managing customer configuration requests
  • Maintenance of customer backups
  • Onsite visits with engineers to roll out network and Telephony hardware to end customers
  • Remote configuration of IT and Telecoms equipment via web-based portals
  • Project Documentation
  • Learning and Studying

Working Week

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

• Understanding and hardware and software requirements and specifications

• General understanding of computers (preferably Apple) and networking
• General understanding of computer networking

Throughout the duration of your Apprenticeship you will be required to attend the 3aaa Technology Academy in Brighton for up to 12 weeks on a block release basis for structured training. The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace with your Employer. You will work towards a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship for IT, Software, Web and Telecoms Professionals. The qualifications consist of:
• Edexcel Advanced Apprenticeship in IT, Software, Web and Telecoms
• L3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence
• L3 Extended Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles
• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable)
