• Providing general day-to-day administration
• Updating information on the Case Management system
• Bundling and indexing legal documents
• Producing standard documentation
• Filing, scanning and photocopying
• Sorting and distributing post
• Taking and logging new enquiries
• Opening, maintaining and closing out client files
• Diary management
• Legal Research if appropriate
• Contribute proactively to the development of processes and other continuous improvement activities
• Work on projects as per business requirements

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
