We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised individual with a determination to succeed. You do not need industry experience however must dress smart at all times & posses excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally. Experience in an office environment and a valid driving license would be an advantage but not essential.

• Dealing with customers face-to-face, email and over the telephone in a professional manner at all times
• Responding to customer queries promptly and efficiently
• Registering new applicants and matching tenant and buyer enquiries to properties
• Booking appointments and showing property to prospective viewers
• Achieving targets in net sales, offers, viewings, applicants registered, calls made
• Selling our company services strongly and ethically to generate new and repeat business
• Dealing with day to day property maintenance issues includes arranging quotations, inspection of damages, reporting and liaising with contractors on a daily basis
• Updating tenants on maintenance issues
• Preparing property details for marketing
• Processing tenancy applications
• Negotiating offers under the direction of the Manager
• Progressing; keeping all parties well informed
• Applying for tenant references and assisting progress to conclusion
• Preparing inventories and inspecting properties against inventory when required
• Conducting mid-tenancy inspections and preparing reports
• Assisting with office administration and other office duties as required by manager
• Keeping records of all activity

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
