Job Description

A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic, organised and creative individual to work in our busy residential sales & lettings office in Loughborough. This is a varied role that will involve support in each area of the business including lettings, sales, accounts and property management.

The candidate that we are looking for will be confident, possess excellent telephone, administrative and organisational skills, be able to communicate in a professional manner with a range of people, be able to multi task within a busy environment, have a great attention to detail and work well as part of a team. Previous business admin, customer service and lettings experience would be preferred but not essential.


Hours of work may be negotiable. We would consider full time or part time but there will be some Saturday work required

The role will be to assist the business with day to day duties, which include the following:

  • Assisting with inbound and outbound calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Liaising with clients where necessary
  • Scanning, photocopying and filing documents
  • Dealing with pay enquires
  • Asisting with office staff where needed
  • The use of Microsoft Office packages (excel, word etc.)

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm 37.5 hrs pw


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
