The position we are advertising will be varied with the potential to work in every department in the business so you will need strong communication skills and be highly organized.
This role will require lots of drive from a confident, professional, team player. You will be expected to work with the rest of the team and bring a positive ‘can do’ attitude to the table.
You will be responsible for;
Invoicing and order processing.
Front of house – greeting customers and dealing with enquiries.
Database maintenance and report generation.
Identifying customer requirements.
Administration tasks – photocopying/filing/etc.
Supporting other areas of the business.
You must have Level 2 or equivalent in maths and English, have excellent customer service skills and communication skills. You should be confident, engaging, flexible, and coachable.
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm 32 hours per week
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsIdeally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
