Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business based in Bristol who are looking for an energetic individual to join a well organised and successful Architects.
Create, update and add posts for social media sites, improving the business exposure and visibility.
Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
Replying to messages via email
Operate manual and computerised office system and maintaining databases
Photocopying, and any general day to day office duties
Assisting with administrative tasks (i.e. data input etc.)
Filing / Typing / General housekeeping
Digital marketing/online public relations (PR) activities
Any other duties commensurate to the company and the post
Working WeekMonday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsIdeally a minimum 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
