This is a local business which prides itself on its face to face customer service and committed approach. The business is growing and now need to expand their team to ensure a high level of quality & service is maintained. This is a varied and interesting role and you will be hands on in a busy office environment. Duties, to include;

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customers and suppliers on the phone, in person and via email
  • Responding to customer queries
  • Effectively dealing with paperwork for the business
  • Liaising with the Director and fellow team members
  • Using MS Office applications
  • Undertaking other clerical duties as appropriate to the role

 

Skills Required:

  • Hold GCSE grade C or above in Maths, English and IT
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good verbal and written skills
  • Good IT ability
  • The ability to cope under pressure in a busy environment
  • Well-motivated and keen to learn approach to work
