Job Description

Clumber Consultancy were formed in 2014 and are looking to become the largest service provider in the pensions and insolvency market. The number of company pension schemes are set to grow over the next 12 months resulting in exciting growth potential for the business which will result in long term career opportunities for the right candidate.

Working with expanding pension teams, the successful candidate will initially be responsible for providing full administrative support to all members of each team. Main duties and responsibilities will include:

 

  • Making and receiving telephone calls using a professional telephone manner
  • E-mailing third parties inclusive of approaching companies for new business and chasing outstanding information
  • Invoicing, cashiering and assisting with credit control
  • Filing, photocopying, shredding and scanning
  • Marketing assistance
  • Dealing with the post
  • General administrative duties
  • Using the Pension Regulator’ toolkit to develop an understanding of Pensions and Trusteeship
  • Liaising with members of pension schemes and issuing correspondence
  • Using all Microsoft packages including Excel

Working Week

Clumber Consultancy operate a flexible working hours policy. Our office opens between 8am to 6pm and our core working hours are 10am to 3.30pm. Further details will be discussed at interview. 35 HOURS PER WEEK

Qualifications

Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
