A fantastic opportunity to work for an established and well-respected local company based in Newcastle-under-Lyme city centre. You will work in a small, bubbly team who will be predominantly specialising in Reception duties, facilities management and administration.

Reception is the front line of our business and there is a great deal of contact with the customers. It is paramount that a professional image is portrayed to tenants, visitors and prospective clients at all times.

You will be responsible for:
• Meeting and greeting and giving an outstanding first impression
• Personalised answering of all incoming calls
• Accurate message taking
• Ensuring all messages are passed to customers in a timely manner
• Ensure the customer movement register is up to date at all times
• Keeping track of where customers would like their calls forwarded
• Ensuring all visitors to the centre fully complete the visitors book
• Keep Reception area neat and tidy
• Sorting and distributing post and re-stocking postal equipment
• Arranging couriers for customers
• Receiving and sending facsimilies
• Stationary ordering and replenishing stock
• Co-ordinate meeting room bookings
• Accurately inputting customer service charges into Facman
• Collate and input month end reports e.g. call logger, postage, photocopier at month end
• Updating site manuals

Working Week

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (1h lunch)


Requirements & Prospects


A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
