Job DescriptionWe are looking for a personable character who is good with people and has a decent level of IT and networking skills. The chosen candidate will be trained in VOIP and hosted telephone systems.
OpenVoice is looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic individual who will reproduce the companies can do attitude. OpenVoice is small, but highly respected company within the telecoms industry. Building and maintaining relationships with contacts is what sets us apart from other companies.
A successful candidate should be able to naturally engage with customers and provide solutions to problems and faults that arise.
The role will be predominantly an office based maintenance role with options to work on new and existing sites with established engineers.
The day to day role will be to engage with customers and work through faults that are reported. The provisioning of telephony kit for upcoming installations.
Working Week09:00 – 17:30 - 4 days per week – 30 hours per week May also be required to stay overnight throughout the country.
Requirements & Prospects
QualificationsIdeally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
Desired SkillsComputing and Networking skills preferred
