Daily and weekly activities include:

 

  • Planning content to use on social media
  • Creating graphics
  • Creating videos
  • Community management
  • Managing many social media platforms
  • Writing and publishing blog posts
  • Getting guest blog slots
  • Researching & scheduling
  • Hitting targets
  • Monitoring and measuring

 

You will sometimes be required to attend events to live tweet and blog. You must have the energy to do something active when required. For example, you may be required to video or take photos outdoors for blog posts. You must love a challenge and only ever see solutions. You will be an agile worker and be willing to try your hand at anything to gain lots of experience.

 

1st stage of the interview will be a Skype call which will last approximately 30 minutes. You will be notified within 24 hrs to be told if you’ve made it through to stage 2. Stage 2 is a face to face interview which will last up to an hour. You will then be notified within 72 hours whether you have been successful or not.

Working Week

Monday - Friday • 5 hours Remote working • 25 days’ holiday per year plus bank holidays • Travel allowance & Food allowance included

Qualifications

Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)

Training

Throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship you will be required to attend the 3aaa Digital Marketing Academy based in Norwich for an intensive 3-day block study. This is followed by attendance at the Academy on day release once a month thereafter for structured training, and the remainder of the training will be completed in the workplace. The Apprentice will work towards an Advanced Apprenticeship in Digital Marketing. The Apprenticeship consists of:
• Level 3 Diploma in Digital Marketing
• Level 2 Functional Skills English, Maths, ICT (if applicable)
