This is an excellent opportunity to work for an established software company with over 40 years’ experience, based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. You will be providing direct assistance to the leaders of two busy departments; Customer Services and Engineering.

A diverse role, providing assistance to the leaders of two busy departments – Customer Services and Engineering.

• Assisting the Engineering Manager with the creation of Technical Hardware Quotes
• Assisting both departments with the planning and scheduling of work and meetings
• Supporting both departments with customer liaison, including responding to emails and answering telephone calls, handling queries and logging complaints
• Assisting the Customer Service Co-ordinator with the management of issues and reports
• Conducting basic administrative tasks such a copying and filing

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
