Job Description

To work as a team member within the Customer Services team, assisting the Marketing Manager with customer administrative support.

Duties include:

  • Develop the skills to work as part of the Customer Services team, providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Develop the skills to respond promptly to customer enquiries by telephone, email and direct message
  • Ability to deal with customer enquiries, queries and complaints within SLA timelines
  • Ability to reply to all email correspondence from customers within SLA timelines
  • Ability to ensure that Customer Services SLAs for incoming calls are met and process customer orders
  • Ability to file, record and store customer information and correspondence for future reference
  • Develop the skills to perform administrative tasks involved in the implementation of new customer accounts on the in-house system
  • Ability to communicate with the Production Team to ensure that orders are produced and despatched on time
  • Develop the skills to check order shipping methods, transit times and shipping costs
  • Develop the skills to check any outstanding deliveries at the end of the day using the CS Daily Report, and emailing any issues and potential non delivery notices to customers
  • Ability to record any customer issues/complaints
  • Ability to ensure that our customers’ needs are met on time to the required professional standards, while striving to exceed their expectations, both internally and externally
  • Develop the skills to work closely with the other teams and departments to improve processes and ensure our customers’ needs are met, and promote team work in all areas of the business to help achieve common goals and targets
  • Ability to actively support colleagues in their roles and develop strong relationships across the business
  • Ability uphold a flexible approach to work and a positive attitude

Working Week

Monday to Friday- Between the hours 8:00am to 6:00pm
