Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and outgoing individual to join one of the most established businesses in Manchester at its most exciting time. Do you have a passion for Administration? Communication? Your career? And even travel?

Main Duties & Responsibilities for the Training Administrator Apprenticeship:


  • Assisting in the organisation of trainers
  • General admin support for the trainers to include:
  • Preparation of Workpacks/Certificates
  • Sending schedules for induction out to head office
  • Book meals and organising rota for head office
  • Sending emails for feedback
  • Assisting in the coordination of training days
  • Sending joining instructions to Travel Cousellors
  • Sending schedules to head office to check availability
  • Collating hotel requests
  • Making sure rooms are booked
  • Sending names to reception for buffet numbers and name badges
  • To update all parties and delegates of training movements
  • Ensure training areas are fit for purpose and co-ordinate equipment with relevant IT team member
  • Ensuring any pre & post training is completed as assigned
  • Loading of all upcoming trainings, joining instructions and attendance stats
  • Other reasonable duties as directed by the Training Manager

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm 37.5 hrs pw


Requirements & Prospects


Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE’s C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
