Job Description

You will experience a busy national training department, gaining knowledge of administration along with supporting the Training Department in various projects. You will be confident and highly organised with excellent communication skills.
  • Provide administrative support to meet the needs of the Training department, i.e. word processing, photocopying, scanning, emailing etc.
  • Organise and maintain appropriate filing and records systems.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required, reporting to management.
  • Enter information onto the relevant systems/trackers.
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
  • Responding and advising on queries received from delegates, employees and line managers in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when required.
  • Maintain an awareness of best practice at all times.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks to assist the Training Department.
  • To take enquires over the telephones for employees, potential employees and third parties and redirect calls as necessary.
  • To promote a helpful and professional image to employees, potential employees and course providers
  • To deal with colleagues openly and fairly at all times and promote mutual respect within the team.
  • To ensure professionally confidentiality at all times.
  • Update and maintain reports, spreadsheets and correspondence using a variety of computer packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Interact with all employees at different levels of the organisation.

Working Week

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm 37.5 hrs pw


Requirements & Prospects
